Sculpture

There are actually quite a few churches near the Bathurst area in Toronto. Most of these churches have a long standing history behind them. They are often decorated with something representative of the church's history, like a sculpture.

This particular on Bathurst and Adelaide was unusually inspiring. Carved out by the well-known figurative sculptress Camilla J. Martin (who also sculpted the Unarmed Man), this one is of Madre Teresa Da Anunciada (1658-1738).
