Westjet.com
Ever since I moved into Canada, the only plane I've flown in has been Westjet. Not a bad choice for quick domestic flights within the country, I'd say. At least better than Harmony from what I've heard.
Westjet's in-flight magazine Up! makes for a good read everytime. They have everything from travel tips to photography ideas to what to do if you find yourself stranded in Hawaii.
