Eby hall is one of six buildings that comprise UWP residences. I've been inside only perhaps once or twice, but apparently the single rooms are really large. Eby used to be for grad students and their families previously until they moved them all to Columbia Lake Village (CLV).
So if you're looking to join Waterloo and are wondering which residence to rank first, UWP wouldn't make a bad choice. In addition, UWP residences are situated at close proximity to the engineering buildings so it saves you walking time.
If you are in engineering that is.
